Meanwhile, “ASILIN” caters to urban professionals seeking stylish, high-quality clothing at reasonable prices. These two brands complement each other, and in recent years, the group has established 45 counters and 55 supermarket outlets in cities like Shanghai, Chongqing, Changsha, and Hangzhou. Looking ahead, the company plans to open over 80 self-operated counters by 2011, expanding its sales network across East, South, Southwest, and Central China, with a target of reaching more than 100 supermarket locations and achieving sales of 30 million yuan. Quality and management are key pillars of Yashilin’s success. The company’s nano-setting technology for necktie fabrics ensures superior waterproofing, oil resistance, breathability, and color fastness. This advanced process gives Yashilin a competitive edge in the market, enabling them to offer differentiated, high-quality products that stand out from competitors. Fan Linkang also emphasized the importance of strong leadership and team spirit. “From top to bottom, we foster a collaborative environment where rapid response and innovation are embedded in every department—finance, operations, procurement, production, and sales.” In 2009, Yashilin reported total revenue of nearly 400 million yuan, with a profit of 33.81 million yuan, foreign exchange earnings of 30.4 million U.S. dollars, and tax payments of 17.94 million yuan. The company produces over 16 million high-quality neckties, 5 million fine garments such as shirts and scarves, and more than 100,000 floral items annually. Its products have earned prestigious titles such as “Provincial Brand-Name Products” and “National Inspection-Free Products,” while the “Yashilin” trademark is recognized as a “Well-Known Trademark in China.” Yashilin products are now sold in over 50 countries across Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea. Looking ahead, the group is focusing on building a premium tie industry and strengthening its apparel business. The goal is to produce 18 million high-end silk ties and 1.2 million high-end shirts annually.
