Zhuang Simin, who had long hair for years, revealed that her decision to go bald for Halloween was meant to show a different side of herself — the bald look. When asked if this recent head-shaving was influenced by the "other side" or some kind of trend, she admitted there wasn't much impact from external factors. “The bald look looks fresh and modern,†she said. In fact, she had thought about going bald five or six years ago, but her company didn’t allow it. She also worried about how she’d look without hair, but she found a solution by wearing a headdress as a monk in a previous film, which gave her a taste of the "bald" style.
