The heat pipe is a highly efficient heat conducting device with good heat transfer and isothermal performance, which makes full use of the evaporation and condensation of the liquid to transfer heat. The principle of heat transfer and the rapid heat transfer properties of the refrigerant make the heat pipe have an extremely high thermal conductivity, and its thermal conductivity far exceeds any known metal. Therefore, the heat pipe heat dissipation method is applied to the high-power UV-LED printing lamp heat dissipation system, which can effectively reduce the heat resistance of the heat transfer process, eliminate the "hot spot", reduce the junction temperature of the chip, and keep the temperature of the heat dissipation surface uniform.
