In addition, the manuscript contained a letter written by He Ziwu in February 1955 to the former Kuomintang leader and the post of Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Cheng Qian.
According to Hu Nianzheng, an expert on local historical records in Ezhou City, He Ziwu is one of the 94 Ezhou scholars from Wuchang Shouyi in Ezhou City.
He was born in the 14th year of Guangxu (AD 1888), and he was born in Lianhe Village, Taihe Town, Liangzihu District, Ezhou City. In 1903, he was admitted to Wuchang High School. In 1907, he joined the student army in Hubei. On October 10, 1911, he joined the Wuchang Uprising.
In 1912, he was admitted to the Hubei Army Officer School. In the winter of 1923, He Ziwu served as a military instructor for the Huangpu Military Academy. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945, he returned home to teach farming. August 1966 died.
