Progress in "scale preparation and application of high quality polylactic acid fiber and its textiles"

Recently, the progress of the national key R&D project “High-quality polylactic acid fiber and its textile scale preparation and application” and the mid-term self-inspection will be held at East China University of Science and Technology. The person in charge of the project undertaker, Wang Lejun, professor of Hengtian Fiber Group Co., Ltd., project leader, Professor Yu Muhuo of Donghua University, Professor Zhao Liming, the project leader, and Associate Professor Han Keqing of Donghua University, and other project team members and research and development backbone, and Heng Ms. Xin Xiaohong, the general manager of the Tianfu Group Finance Department, and more than 40 people attended the meeting. The person in charge of each project made a detailed report on the research progress of each subject, the phased research results obtained, the completion of the mid-term evaluation indicators, and the next implementation plan. After the report, the participants discussed in depth the technical difficulties existing in each topic and how to carry out the collaborative work between the topics. Zhao Xueli gave guidance on how to carry out financial management and audit work for key R&D projects.

The national key R&D project of “High-quality polylactic acid fiber and its textile scale preparation and application” is jointly owned by Hengtian Fiber Group and 15 universities and research institutes including East China University of Science and Technology, Donghua University, Tsinghua University and Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology. Implementation. This project will use non-grain as raw materials to cultivate new strains, establish a low-cost lactic acid green advanced manufacturing system, and study high-purity polymerized lactide-continuous polymer melt direct-spinning polylactic acid fiber with low cost and advanced industrial technology; Polylactic acid fiber application technology system, including weaving, non-woven fabrics , advanced composite materials and other application technologies. Through the above polylactic acid industry chain development of key technologies to achieve low cost, high quality, large-scale ton of lactic acid - lactide - polylactic acid and the whole industry chain production line applications, the establishment of the world's leading low-polylactic acid fiber The technology system of cost and large-scale industrialization realizes the large-scale application of polylactic acid fiber products in the fields of clothing, households and automobiles.
