In today's era of vigorous promotion of quality education, the care and protection of the healthy growth of primary and secondary students is not only the responsibility of the education sector and schools, but also a shared duty of the entire society. To enhance the aesthetic taste of young students and enrich their after-school lives, Fujian Province has launched a public welfare activity titled "My Heart's 'Doll', I and 'Doll' in Comparison." Organized by the Ideological and Moral Construction Office for Minors in Fujian Province, the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Education Commission, and co-hosted by "Fujian Primary and Secondary Students Online" and Fuzhou Love Duo Er Clothing Co., Ltd., this event has received enthusiastic participation from students across the province.
The event ran from December 20, 2010, to January 20, 2011. Every Monday at noon, users could vote for their favorite "Doll" in the competition. The system would randomly select participants from the previous week, with winners receiving SOL coins ranging from 10 to 30, valued at 98 yuan, along with gifts such as "Doll" items. At the end of the event, on the final day at 3:00 PM, the "Doll" with the most votes would be drawn for a grand prize, which included five sets of children’s fashion from the "Love Doll" company. All winners were published on the "Fujian Primary and Secondary Students Online" platform.
Each registered user could vote for one doll per day, and the final interpretation of the rules belonged to "Fujian Primary and Secondary Students Online." To participate, registered users needed to log in to the website, navigate to the "My Heart's 'Doll'" contest page, and cast their vote. Unregistered users had to first register as members to participate. Each IP address was limited to one vote per day.

In less than a year, it has attracted nearly 700,000 registered users, with traffic exceeding 70 million. A recent survey showed that over 68% of students in Fujian knew about the site, and 71% expressed interest in it. This demonstrates the growing influence and importance of the platform in the lives of young people.
